The new coronavirus disease, called COVID-19, has appeared and spread extremely quickly, making its way to over 200 countries since its December 2019 discovery in China. This particular type of respiratory disease is caused by a virus called SARS-CoV-2. It’s part of a larger family of coronaviruses, the majority of which cause only the common cold. 

After the outbreak of the Covid-19 virus everything changed, and the whole world was turned upside down in a moment. No it wasn't a bomb this time or and invasion of army's of invader from other countries. But microscopic virus that saw no color of man nor boarders of land. only the opportunity to spread and conquer. in doing so destroying it's host and moving on to the next target to cause more mayhem and leave death and destruction in it's path with nothing but hopelessness to follow.

Todays date 02/02/2022. There has been two mutations of this corona virus and the death toll has been staggering;

• According to statistics provided by Johns Hopkins University, as of January 10, 2022, the US has reported 60,090,328 COVID-19 cases. The total number of fatalities reported due to COVID-19 in the US is 8,37,664.

it is know wonder people are stressed out and going crazy doing things that they wouldn't normally do. the stress levels are through the roof. Many are so depressed from loosing jobs, loved one to this virus and it mutations that they have just lost hope. 

I no I had Covid-19. I understand the feeling of being separated  from everyone and not knowing if your going to make it and then you fade to black. fighting just to breath a breath of air, your next breath. even if you make it. It's not over some people don't say much but covid leaves it's mark on you. It changes you somehow

That is why I want to write this Blog to let people like me who still wake up at four am no it OK. everything will be all right I hope you get some use and helpful tips from the following post.
